Message hardly mint at all, cheapening the term. Have you seen it in person?

Is the service done?60k + water pump?
Have the shocks/springs been replaced along with associated rubber ancillary bits?
Is all the weather stripping in like new shape or does it show signs of aging from being out in the sun?
Is the paint well preserved or is the rear bumper beginning to fade and lose the clearcoat like most do with age?

So many questions before you could actually call a car "mint" that can't be answered via pics.

If this car was no-shit preserved-in-a-time-capsule and maintenance-still-done MINT, then I guess you may have to give him his price or something close to it or search for a better deal, otherwise if it is simply in excellent shape and has all the minor stuff that is 100% normal for all of these cars then I wouldn't spend near that amount. 14k max, give or take a bit, would be my personal stance.

These cars still are continuously popping up as time goes on. It's not like we are talking about a car as rare as say a Delorean or a '98 VR-4......unless it is your dream car in every possible way, I wouldnt overpay for it.
